  • G / gratitude / What are three things you are grateful for the day? Practicing gratitude is essential for manifesting and building your dream life. 

  • R / release it / what limiting beliefs, habits or things can you let go of to make space for the new? 

  • O / own it / what are today’s top 3 priorities? We have to take aligned action to get to where we want to go!

  • W / work for it / what are your top 3 goals you’re working towards? This is your chance to be creative!! Are you working towards being a NYT bestselling author? Maybe a fashion designer in Paris? The only limit to this step are the ones in your mind.

2. Rinse and repeat every day. 

The more consistent you are, the more this becomes a habit. And let me face it: your habits shape your life.
