  • Connect your breath to movement as you flow with intention and presence. Each class is programmed to include a moment to arrive, opening meditation, warmup, sun a, sun b, flow and HSS (Hips, Spine, Surrender). These are the primary videos provided in the monthly membership, unless otherwise requested.

  • We created Slowww flow for the days where you need to move (aka sat at a desk for 8+ hours) but you’re not craving anything fast. Think moving through molases, that’s how slow we’re going. The class is a full body flow to help get energy moving everywhere. These classes are available in the online library and new classes are uploaded monthly.

  • Find your edge and let the power of long, mostly gentle holds and your breath transform you into a more regulated human. Side effects include being more ‘chill’.
