Types of classes

Connect your breath to movement as you flow with intention and presence. Each class is programmed to include a moment to arrive, opening meditation, warmup, sun a, sun b, flow and HSS (Hips, Spine, Surrender). These are the primary videos provided in the monthly membership, unless otherwise requested.

We created Slowww flow for the days where you need to move (aka sat at a desk for 8+ hours) but you’re not craving anything fast. Think moving through molases, that’s how slow we’re going. The class is a full body flow to help get energy moving everywhere. These classes are available in the online library and new classes are uploaded monthly.
